Organized by: Open Circle Alliance and ‘Yes on 4’ Campaign
Join Open Circle Alliance and the Yes on 4 campaign on Sunday, October 6 for a special night of discussion, free mushroom sliders (!), and a screening of Music for Mushrooms. Get tickets!
Music for Mushrooms is a narrative documentary highlighting the personal journey of shamanistic musician and filmmaker East Forest (Krishna-Trevor Oswalt) – a collaborator of the late Ram Dass – whose bold experiments pair music with guided psychedelic experiences to create spaces of healing for a fractured world.
The spaces created by East Forest are not strictly therapeutic or ritual - and Open Circle Alliance believes that these can be a container for powerfully transformative experiences nonetheless. If you feel the same, or are curious to learn more, please join us before the movie to gather and connect!
Starting at 5 PM on Sunday, October 6 at the Regent Theater in Arlington you can mix and mingle, learn more about Question 4, and dive into conversations about the power of music. Aside from the free mushroom sliders provided by Open Circle Alliance, there will be a cash bar and snacks available for purchase. The film begins at 7 PM, with a post-film Q&A featuring the filmmakers. You can get tickets here.
